Fireworks monday 19th Sept

So at 10.30 i was enjoying a lovely sleep at the Newport Bay........then suddenly fireworks started going off. there was no pattern to them or anything.......it was basically just a few minutes of constant banging. now im sure the parks werent open at that time..........so why the fireworks? it was bloody loud too......i noticed as i peeped out of the curtains that lots of other people were doing the same.

anyone have any ideas?

There was a special event in the park for Cast members and a appreciation event for them or something along them lines. Tom Stagg was there from WDI to present awards.
