Fireworks has changed!

I think it's great that it has been changed! They have to do something to keep us interested until the new lands open up. I only played once so far tonight, and I scored 240 (the very last sequence I really screwed up! lol!). I like it so far!

. . . really glad I never bothered to learn how to get above 10 or 15 K! Ha ha ha, gotcha, didn't they? Seriously, a very needed software revision.

. . . change my scoring at all. Still lucky to get 15K. Maybe I should go QLF (any hams out there?). Try mousing with my left foot.

Wendot, I think you and I are the only people in VMK who actually like the new sequences and the fact that they're randomizing it! I find it makes me pay attention to the fireworks as they come up a lot more...I can't let my mind wander around the room while I'm playing. Therefore I score higher! After only getting in the 270K range in 3 games before the change...every game I played to day I hit 270K! The new sequences make some of the more awkward parts of the game a lot more managable. You just need to know your way around the selection bar. If you were relying on muscle memory to win, you're out of luck now!

i had a conversation bashing the staff the night before the change and saying.'' oh well they can ban me but they cant take away my mad FIREWORKS skills'' well they have, which is worse than banning me.

Okay I played the new way. Scored a little lower so it is harder for me. Probably because I do not like the of the combination now like the 3 yellow dots are hard for me to judge between good awsome and flawless most of the time I end up getting good. Also the bunches are harder for me never seem to figure out how to get them all. But on the other hand I won a game last night with a score of 210,000 so others are having difficulty which lets me have a chance at winning now. Never got close to 240,000 gave up the dream. But since MissBelle gave me a fireworks pin I do not really care as long as I get over 200,000 to still get decent credits. Though I must admit to me this is a lot harder and has become very stressful again so I play less. Best bet is still crashing boats at Ned. Can watch TV and do housework etc and keeps my blood pressure to a nice even and calm normal.

I think the new way makes it more exciting. Before I could only play about three games in a row before I got bored and stopped paying attention, which really hurt my score. Not that my score was so great in the first place, but at least I got to the last round. Anyway, now I can play for a lot longer because it is more interesting.
