Fireworks from the GF, can you see them?

I have Sat. night ressies at V&A, and was wondering if it was possible after dinner, to throw down a blanket on the beach, catch the fireworks and split a bottle of wine? If not the beach, are there any areas with a good view?

A great spot is right outside in front of Gasparilla Grill. You can sit on the brick steps or at a table.

...is near the boat dock. It's not uncommon to find 20 or so people gathered there, ooh-ing and ah-ing.

Don't know how good the view is from the beach.

Make sure you time your dinner with the fireworks -- or let your Victoria or Albert know your plans. A meal there can last HOURS. (And, yes, it's WORTH EVERY PENNY !)
