Fireworks from Swan???

We will be staying at the Swan. Is there anywhere we could go our first night there to get a glimpse of fireworks? Is there anywhere around the boardwalk??

You could walk to Epcot I guess.

You should be able to see the fireworks from the Boardwalk...and if memory serves me correctly, from the hotel as well.

If you have the right view, you can see the fireworks from your room. The Swan hallways also have big windows at the end where you should be able to see the fireworks, but I wouldn't want to sit in a hallway. I've read previous posts that the bridge at the Boardwalk allows you to see much of the fireworks, plus there's some other fun stuff going on there during the latter part of the week.

We stayed at the Swan last year for 12/27-1/02/04. We were on CL 11th floor and our room faced the front entrance of the hotel. We had an amazing view of the fireworks (Fantasy in the Sky) at MGM on NYE(we snuck out of MGM around 11 40 and took boat back to room to view th fireworks. You also have a view of the Epcot Fireworks from the swan/dolphin dock.
