Yes, if you have a reservation at the Cali grill, or, from the 4th floor observation area.

The deck off the 4th floor of the contemporary is a popular place for viewing the fireworks. The music is also piped in.

If you are a DVC member staying at BLT on points you can watch from the Top of the World Lounge.

You can also watch from the Skybridge between BLT and the Contemporary Tower. There are also some great viewing spots at the elevator lobbies in BLT!!!

The only public area at the Contemporary you can watch Wishes from is their 4th floor observation deck.

Also if you are staying at BLT with DVC points and you do want to watch the fireworks from the viewing deck, you have to "check-in" in the BLT lobby/elevator. There a CM will verify that you are a DVC member, or are staying with a member and will have to put in their key to get the elevator to go up to the 16th floor viewing are. You can't just take any elevator up there.

Otherwise you can go up to the Contemporary viewing area, and like other PP have said you can watch from the walkway from BLT to Contemporary (but the view is a little bit blocked by BLT itself) and from any of the north side elevator lobbies. But as far as I know the only places where the music is also piped in is the viewing deck and the MK view rooms.

I am not sure if the rooms at Bay Lake Tower does this but all the TV's in for each of the Contemporary rooms plays the music for Wishes on channel 20, even the Bay Lake View rooms and Garden Wing rooms.

Yea they do, we watched a few time from our room/balcony.

The TOWL has a deck outside which is a really nice place to see the show.

The bridge from CR has a large amount of bugs at times which can be quite annoying.

Another place as mentioned above is the elevator lobbies which eliminate the bug factor.

The best place we found - on the benches in front of the BLT. They pipe the music in and you have a perfect view. My sons and I would run down right when it started - no one was there - no bugs!
