I was just looking at the schedules for February - while our dates are not yet published I was just checking week days where the park is only open from 10AM to 8PM as that is likely the hours we'll see when we are there during the week.

I was very surprised to see there are fireworks scheduled for 8PM on these evenings. Is this a new thing for the 60th celebration as any other time we have visited there are only fireworks during the longer days such as 8AM - Midnight hours.

Is this true? If so what great news is that!!

To my knowledge, Disney has made no statement about how long daily fireworks will continue, but it's been going on since the anniversary. We are sure hoping that it continues, we'll be there in March!

Well since the anniversary has been announced to last until September then here's hoping is right!!

Yep! I don't think anybody expected the daily fireworks to continue into 2016, but we are thrilled. We usually go off season and only include one weekend day on our trips for the sake of nighttime entertainment, so we are excited to see the fireworks more than once.

I know I am excited. We will see fireworks on a Thursday night in February. That's just crazy!
