Fireworks during grad nites?

Just wondering if anyone knew if they do fireworks during the grad nites and if so, at what time? While we won't be in the park for the event, we will be dining at Chef Mickey's one of those nights and wanted to see if we would be able to see any fireworks after dinner?

Grad Night doesn't start until 10:30. I think the fireworks are around 11:00 - 11:30.
