Fireworks confusion

Well, I have, thanks to all of your advice, mastered, somewhat, the game of fireworks and can get within top 5 almost every time. Great credits !!!Lots of ice in past few weeks. Thank you again!!!

My confusion is this....
I thought that if you scored at least 240,000 and got second, that you would win magic??? I did this two times last night and once a few days ago...and no magic. I usually mess up and win HaHa. I get click happy.

Any suggestions?? Am I missing something??

Have you ever won fireworks magic with your person? You win a pin the first time you score over 240,000 and do not win, but after that it seems to be after another 20 -25 games of similar scoring. I'm not sure if anyone has ever counted to find the exact number!

Do you mean 240,000 and not winning or 240,000 no matter what place?? No, I have not gotten 20 or more 240,000 and in second place.
But, I will keep trying. Yes, I won 1 fireworks magic a few weeks ago. But, I will keep trying. I love the credits.

You only get 1 fireworks magic per account.

No boomer, they changed this, but as with many things in the wonderfull world of VMK they aren't telling the exact formula to get more pins. I think the second and future pins come with wins only and maybe 10 but as many as 20. Navimap would be a good person to answer this he has to know. I have got a few extra but I try not to win so I don't keep count - and I note I am an average top 5 player and can't play on several computers or with any distractions. I liked the old fireworks but finally got used to the new one .

The thing is I don't think you need to win. Just beat 240K. At least one of the messages I got was something like you beat 240,000 AGAIN and I got another Fireworks Magic pin.

BTW I think everyone should use the Conatact Us tab and complain about getting less points for being in first. At the very least they should award the same credits as 2-5.
