Fireworks at California Grill

My family and I are going to be at Magic Kingdom on a day that closes early for MVMCP. We're not going to the party but I would like to make reservations at California Grill to see the fireworks that night. Does anyone know around what time they do them during MVMCP? I've been trying to get information on this but I haven't found much.

Just fyi....if you can't get an ADR close to show time, you can save your receipt and bring it back to the check in stand and they will let you up to the viewing area. Not sure if there is a restriction on MVMCP nights.

You might know this already, but keep in mind that no matter what time you eat at California Grill, you can return with the receipt on the same night to view the fireworks. Enjoy!
