Firefly car rentals

Has anyone used Firefly to rent a car from MCO? If so, how was your experience?

Yes, I used them. My first problem started when I got to their desk and they tried to charge me $148 for a reservation I had made for $86. That took about 30 minutes to work out. The second problem came when I saw my bill after returning. They charged me over $15 for fuel refilling (at like $9/gallon). I am fighting that one as I have a credit card statement showing I purchased gas the night before and I travelled less than 90 miles total the entire 3 days I had the rental. I'm not impressed. I believe they are owned by Hertz.

Oh no!! Last time we used Avis and it was a customer service nightmare!
