does anyone have experience with Firefly?! I'm wondering if they charge for mileage? I am reading conflicting reports....some say yes, others say no!

I used them when they first opened in 2013 got a compact for 116 for the week with Unlimited mileage great deal easy transaction. I just looked at them for my upcoming trip and they now charge by the mile.
