Finished the last of my shirts with 8 hours to go!!!!

I must also say "wow"! Everything looks really, really great! Absolutely love the way the Passport came out and the outfits are just adorable! Where the heck do you find the time?! :upsidedow

Natalie,
What size is the album? 4 x 6? Is it like a photo album where you just slipped in the pages or is it bound? Did you print to paper, cardstock or like photos?

I LOVE everything! My only other question is did you buy the shorts or are you an amazing sew-er (I know - not a word) as well?

That is awful that they came too small. Will you get them in time?

Where are you ordering shirts from? Are you using disigns from the board and having them made? Just curious!

Thanks
Tricia

I am ordering the shirts from Jiffy Shirts, which was recommended by several dis-ers.

My husband's t-shirts fit "okay," but he wanted me to try another brand. My 11YO's son "just fit," so once they got washed and shrunk, they'd be too small, and I could tell the ones for my 8YO would be too small.

As for mine, I ordered a ladies' fit by Jerzees, and it was PAPER THIN!!!

Can you even imagine what would happen once I got off a "wet" ride??? :scared1:

So, they all went back, and they have one-day shipping to GA, so that should work out fine.

The bad thing is that you have to pay shipping twice--once on the first order and again on the 2nd order. I really wish the t-shirt sites would work like the shoe sites and not charge you shipping.

That would make it so much more worthwhile, you know?

Anyway, they are supposed to be here tomorrow, so I guess I'll be busy this week and next!

Wish me luck!

Thanks guys.....
I had the passport printed as a 5x7 photobook from Shutterfly. With coupons and free shipping it cost me about $9.00. I did order a few other things as well. The guys tshirts were printed from Vista Print .

No Amy, I don't/can't sew. I scanned the fabric from the shorts/skorts that I bought into the computer and used the image in my designs for the outfits.

Never even thought about Vista print doing the shirts....how was that? I've never used them for shirts, though I knew they did them.

...and I figured you scanned in the fabric!!! Good going girl!!

Natalie,
I figured you scanned the fabric to coordinate the designs with them - but didn't know if you had actually sewn the bottoms as well.

If you had told me that you could also sew, I was just going to give up. You are quite the Super Woman!

I would have never thought of scanning a pair of pants! What a great idea! Those outfits look storebought -- they match so well! :cutie:

I wish I would think out of the box! I would never have thought to scan a pair of pants to make it match!!!
You continue to amaze me.

Everything looks fabolous Natalie! By now you're much closer than you were before you started this thread....getting excited yet?? I am for all of you! Wishing you a fantastic trip!!

One question..tell me about DH's shirt with Mickey on the Harley. What does the background ears with the road say and would you be willing to share it? We are a bunch of Harley riders and that would make a wonderful DL shirt when we go in November.

Once again, thank you so much for sharing your talent with us all. I know I've saved a bunch of your stuff for future trips and can't thank you enough for helping to make our trips even more special! :flower3:

Natalie - it is getting to the wire. :goodvibes I am so excited for you. I have to wait until December.:sad1: Have the bestest ever time. Penny:hippie:

Natalie -

I just started looking at your designs the other day and I'm quite impressed. Thank you for sharing them with us.

All the things you have made for you and your family turned out GREAT! :thumbsup2 I hope they know how lucky they are and I hope you will post pics of you wearing some of them.

By any chance do you post on the TGM boards too? To show off your TGM book?????

Thanks everyone!! I am actually a little behind where I wanted
to be but I still have three weeks!!!!

Here is the link to the menu cards. They are up to date as of a month ago from the info on allears.net. We really don't have much of an agenda this trip. I also have a TGM book printed (but I can't share that here!!!) and other than MNSSHP, a Trail Ride with Erin (both on 10-5) and Fantasmic on the 9th, we're just going to pick our park from the TGM mike book and when we get hungry check out the menu book!

Hi Natalie!!

Are you planning on putting the menu cards on your shared account? I'm having a hard time getting them from your photobucket to my drive, then sending them off to be printed (as photos).

Or if someone could tell this not-computer-savy person how to do that I'd be grateful!!

Natalie,
You have done and shared so many amazing designs and ideas, thank you! We wish you and the family to have the most amzing trip and time!!

Hi,
I am new to disboards and have been trying to find someone to make me a couple of pictures for our upcoming cruise in October. I love one of Mickey on a Harley with the ears as the background. Also love the football one with mickey ears. Could you do a Chicago Bears one?

Thanks,
Lisa
