Finger scan and young kids question

My son will be almost four when we go this summer. I'm thinking of buying a MYW pass for more days than we need and save it for future years, but it could be two years before we make it back to the world. Now, in two years my son will be much bigger so I'm wondering how that would affect his finger scan into the park when we tried to reuse the pass. Anybody have any thoughts on this or am I worried about nothing?

Actually it's the sign on the trams that say no standing allowed. But it sure looks like they're doing the evil dance.

Those signs are posted on most every WDW attraction that moves. Basically for people that may speak a different language and not understand the spiel before every ride that tells you to keep arms and legs inside of vehicle at all times.

No worries. Oogieboogie is right---they don't finger scan children. We have APs, and DH & I are the only two who have to do the scans for now. I shudder to think how it's going to be when my kids are old enough to have to be scanned (my oldest will have to start when we renew). It takes us long enough to get through the gates right now as it is!

That sign is now a family joke of ours. A few years ago, when my kids were smaller, they were fooling around on the Tomorrowland Transit tram. When it began to move quickly they went flying off their seats onto the floor of the car. I pointed to the sign and said they made it especially for them. We still laugh to this day when we see it. We call it the "No flying off your seat" sign.
