OK, so how do I find the best rates? Where do these discounts/new codes come from?

Well, a lot of the discounts are for Florida residents or annual passholders, but they do often have codes or discounts for the general public, like the Fairy Tale package that is currently running, or code rates that appear in newspapers around the country. To find out which current codes might apply to you, one good place to look would be www.mousesavers.com, and click under "Disney Resorts". Mary explains a lot of it really well on that site.
