Finding roommates before going to CP?

Hi, I'm still pending but I have a question!

I saw facebook for Disney College Program Spring/Spring Advantage 2012.

Many people already found their roommates.

If I got accepted, should I find my roommates before going to CP?


Also, i'm curious about money.
How much money should I bring to there?
Can I start to work at my first week?

I'm checking my e-mail everyday lol

Hey!

The way it works is: The first week or so I think you go through Disney Traditions training, I'm not sure whether you get paid for that. After that, they deduct about 100 a week from your paycheck for housing. The website recommends bringing ~$200 for your first couple weeks until you get a paycheck.

As far as a roommate, you can either find one on facebook/somebody you know and enter their candidate ID into the roommate matching system, or you can let the system pair you with someone. Not all arrival dates are eligible for roommate matching, though.
