Finding Nemo Reserved Seating?

Does anyone recall the lunch times for the package at Tusker House?

I don't mean to hijack this thread, but was just curious....we are planning on watching Nemo while we are at AK in May (we have never seen it). What is the Nemo dining package do? I mean is it like the Fantasmic dining package where you get special seating? Is there a benefit to getting the dining package for Nemo. The only thing I know is you have to eat at Tusker House for lunch. If someone could please explain this to me, I would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

You are correct, you get a reserved area to watch the show. I believe it is a certain show (don't recall what time, as I have never done the pkg).

I just wanted the time in case I couldn't get a late breakfast at Tusker House, then I would go with a lunch with the Nemo seating. I got a late breakfast (with characters) so I won't do the Nemo package.

Exciting new opportunity for our Guests visiting Disney's Animal Kingdom! All Guests booked at Tusker House Restaurant for lunch during specific dining times will receive a ticket for a reserved seat at Finding Nemo - The Musical show.

Guest must be booked between:

•1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m. for reserved seating at the 3:15 p.m. Finding Nemo Musical.
OR
•1:50 p.m. - 2:45 p.m. for reserved seating at the 4:45 p.m. Finding Nemo Musical.


All other times booked will not be eligible. One ticket / seat per guest booked on dining reservation. Guests should arrive 30 minutes prior to the Finding Nemo Musical. Guests will receive reserved seating ticket during dining.

Make sure to request your voucher for the show... they tend to forget to give it to you.

I think it's down near the front, center area. Better seating than Fantasmic DP reserved section.

Thanks for posting this. We haven't seen the Finding Nemo show, so we're looking forward to it. Plus the Tusker House lunch buffet sounds yummy.

Just as a FWIW...we had a 1:30 lunch. The food was SO good, and we wanted to take our time, just relax. We sat, we talked, we ate...

And then we noticed that on the voucher it said to check in half an hour BEFORE 3:15 for preferred seating.

Since it was already rapidly approaching 2:30, this was problematic.

We actually arrived at the normal line area well after we were supposed to be at the preferred line (by the way, seems if you go across the bridge to the right it will swing you out in the right direction...going through the EE area puts you at the normal entrance...at least that's how it worked for us!). They said it was too late, but that there was plenty of normal seats.

The normal seats were up higher and of course further away from the stage, but there were performers and action that happened up *behind* the preferred section. We ended up liking the normal section better than how we would have liked the preferred. (same situation as for Aladdin at DLR's DCA...preferred is in the "orchestra" section, and for a show with elements happening all around and above you, you're missing out if you're all the way down there)
