I was so excited to stumble upon the Finding Dory Magic Band June 18th at the Art of Animation Resort! It was my birthday and my friend gifted me with a Disney gift card and I couldn't resist. It's a Limited Edition and from what I can tell the Special Effects are colors which was tested at Animal Kingdom. Here's the video:
