Finding a 5 BR Rental Property

My sister is looking to rent a property in Orlando during November. I have read in the past about others doing the same and was looking for a website or company name that you can give me. My sister would like to have a 5 bedroom with a pool is possible. Any ideas?

We rented a 5 bed 3 bath in Hampton Lakes this past Oct/Nov for 8 nights. Our's cost a hair over $900 for everything including pool heat. It was a beautiful home!! Just gorgeous-- it made coming home even harder.

We rented direct from the owner at orlandovillas.com

There are several good companies that rent 5 bedrooms.

I've used www.elitevacationhomes.com and www.closesttodisney.com both were great.

You can also try www.vrbo.com ot rent from an owner.

www.VRBO.com is really good the only problem is your renting from the owner and sometimes they want all the money 10-12 weeks out not horrid but can be inconvenient if you have to cancel less than 8 weeks out.

mearjan is correct. When renting a house, you generally pay upfront in advance. And cancellation policies are much more restrictive than hotels. You can't just cancel the day before and not owe anything.

As for where to rent, vrbo.com is very good. Another site to check which is specific to one complex is:

Windsor Palms has 3-6 bedroom homes available. We stayed there in November and loved it. Very convenient to everything and a nice complex.
