I am on an ipad, so I'm sure it is somewhat different than a computer...go to the Disney Cruise Line Forum. On the top right is an arrow, and when I click on it one of the choices is to start a new thread. Type in the title of your thread, and make your first post. Then you need to link it back into this thread. That is the part for which I cannot remember the steps.

To Holly:

I don't think that you'd necessarily be in "charge" unless you want to take on that responsibility. I think on my last cruise a few pages in someone else volunteered to take on the FE. Not everyone who is in the "meet" wants to be in an FE
