Find Mickey and the gang in Diamond Celebration outfits

I've looked all over Kenny the Pirates' website - which is AMAZING, btw. Thanks @kennythepirate!! But I can't find specifically where to find Mickey and the gang in their special diamond outfits - they look adorable and I really want to catch them! Is it just random? Are they more likely to be found in a specific spot? If we see Donald on the Disneyland app do we just go find him and see what he is wearing? (That sounds like a ridiculous question as I'm typing it! ) Thanks for any help!!

We found them last October in Town Square. Because it was Halloween Time, they were splitting the day doing mornings in their Halloween outfits, and after the parade in their Diamond Celebration costumes. It's worth finding them!

Not sure if the schedule is still the same, but after the parade, Mickey and Minnie came out together. Their line filled up and closed very quickly so you have to know where they will be. At that time, they came out over by where the parades come from, over by the hat shop. We waited, knowing they would be there and were fist in line.

We were there both this summer and last summer. Both times, the only place we found the characters in their Diamond Celebration outfits was in the Town Square area. When they are meeting in that area, they were pretty consistently wearing those outfits. The DL app will have the times when each of them is out. It is not always completely accurate, but it is better than nothing and it was useful. They typically will come out the gate pictured above which if you are facing the castle is on the right (although there was one time during the day that they marched down Main Street with the band behind them). Once they come out the gate, they disburse throughout the Town Square area. They have spots where they "usually" go, but they also sometimes pick a different spot where there is more shade. Mickey and Minnie are more often than not set up on the side of Town Square near the gate area in the mornings. One of them is often by Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln and the other is often in the spot where they walk straight forward from the gate and set up near the store which would be on the character's right as they are walking. Sometimes they were both down by Great Moments with Mr. Lincoln with separate lines. We did not see Mickey and Minnie meeting together in the mornings- they had separate lines. We did see Mickey and Minnie meeting together in the afternoon or early evening on occasion and when they did it was typically in the spot that is just to the left of the gate where they come out if you facing towards the castle- but I will say on a different afternoon we also saw them meeting separately at around the same time-so it may be totally hit and miss as to whether you might be able to get them together. I also saw them in the Town Square area last weekend and they were wearing their 60th outfits. There were usually three or four out in the morning, scattered throughout Town Square. They rotated throughout the day, so just ask the character handlers if you're looking for someone in particular or check the app. I didn't seen Mickey & Minnie together last weekend, but I have seen them together before, so I think it's kind of a hit-or-miss thing. They don't wear their 60th outfits in DCA (they wear outfits themed to BVS), nor is Mickey in his 60th outfit at his house in Toontown.
