Financing vs. Paying in Full

Thanks Melissa--this is exactly the kind of info. I was looking for. How often do price increases occur? Do they seem to be on any type of schedule (i.e.: every October expect an increase?) And what about the promos? Are they usually comprable or do they vary wildly?

Wasn't there a post a week or so ago about someone who put down a deposit but was closing after October 1.....they were told they'd have a choice of the old incentive or new incentive that comes in October 1...whichever was better? My question...if there's a different incentive coming, does that also mean a different price? Or have they changed incentives but not price at the same time before?

OR..am I imagining that post all together?!?
