When purchasing resale, do you need to line up the financing before you make an offer or make an offer and when it is accepted line up the financing ?

Do any of the Resellers offer their own or help clients find financing?

Whose financing is the best deal?

Thanks!

The two I looked into was Monera Financial and Timeshare Lending.net. Monera has higher interest rates but are a little quicker getting back with you. They accept everyone regardless of credit but you have to play around on their website to see the down payment. Timeshare Lending.net has better rates but it takes a couple of days to get approved.

I would suggest checking with both a few days prior to an offer but it is perfectly fine to put in an offer without the financing, especially if you already put the numbers into their website and are comfortable with the down payment.

Good Luck.

I went with timeshare lending and was told I was approved in about 4 hrs. Rates were ok and no penalty for early payoff after the first year.

We arranged financing with our credit union. Much lower interest rate than a place specializing in timeshares. Just sayin'.......;)

One that doesn't get mentioned enough is Prosper.com. We both borrow and loan with them on occasion. It's one of the best run financing sites on the Internet.
