financing points???

OK. i am probably going to become a DVC owner sometime tonight. i have one more question. disney finances additional points but you have to buy a minimum of 50 for financing. does anyone know the rates/term/down required to buy additional points?? i cant find any info on financing additional points. thank you all for all your input to all my questions. you've been alot of help.

Minimum purchase for Disney financing is 50 points.

As of 2 weeks ago, DVC offers a 1 year rate at 4.95% with 50% down and 5 or 10 year rates at 10.75% with 10% down. These are the Preferred Financing Loan rates using Direct Debit.

thanks doc. only planning on buying min of 150 right now then adding. i just didnt want to get screwed on financing by adding later.
