If you purchase from The Timeshare Store, Inc.® we recommend a finance company called Timeshare Lending and the minimum amount they will finance is $5,000.

I think you will be hard pressed to find resale contracts for 50 pts or less. Plus the resale closing costs on small contracts easily eat up any savings you would see by going the resale route. As mentioned, DVC requires a 50 pt or higher add-on for financing and the minimum add-on amount direct is 25 pts.
