Financial Advice - Who to go to for help?

DH and I are having second thoughts about selling our home and buying down. Where is the best place to go to get financial advice that takes ALL assets, liabilities, etc into consideration? We are members of AAL and I've got a call into them, but I really want expert advice. Any ideas?

Try to find a fee only finanacial planner. Expect to pay 150 to 400 (+/-) for a face to face session. You will need to be prepared to provide all your financial data as well as will and insurance info.

Sometimes your bank/credit union/mutual fund company can point you in the right direction.
