I am finally going to Cedar Point for the first time this weekend with my friend and his family. Can any of you who have been there before give me some tips to avoid long waits if possible? I understand they have something like the Fast Pass. I normally go to parks during the school year to avoid crowds, but right now, I could care less because we'll be there for two days.

Cedar Point is so much fun!! OK, their is a fast pass system. The drawback..you can only get 2. One on each hand, these use stamps with the ride and time. I suggest going right when it opens and go get a fast pass for the new ride Top Thrill Dragster..its brand new and the lines will be horrible!! After that run and get fast passes for Millenium Force, the second most popular ride. Even if the passes are for like 7pm...GET THEM! I swear the lines there are worse than Disney. They are all outdoors..in turnstiles after turnstiles...and its soo hot!! Some of them have covers...some...and you will burn. lol. Bring suntan lotion!! Seriously the lines are usually like 3hrs+ you really dont want to wait. If you have any other questions feel free to ask!!! I have gone to Cedar Point many a time.

yeah, i live around cedar point... youll haev a blast! Ride Millenium Force at night... its the best... im too scared to go on top thrill dragster, but you have to do magnum and my favorite, the raptor...... Have fun!

i love cedar point. the raptor would have to be my favorite though and my friend told me that on a sign in line for top thrill dragster that it said... Warning Ride May Not Go Over Top! thats just a little too scary 4 me!
