Yeah, finally we are the proud new owners of a N2U pop up. Took it out this weekend to the local state park (Oak Mountain) to get the kinks worked out and figure out what we need and don't need. Of course I had the Mickey lights on the awning. Can't wait to take it to the Fort.

Good for you jwo1976. :cool1:

I bet it was hot at Oak Mountain this weekend. But the campfire adds to the whole camping experience.

So you gonna lay the details out for us? Make? Model? Features? Buying story? popcorn::

Seriously, PM me if I can be of any local assistance.

PS - how were the bath houses at OM? Last time I was there they were pretty run down and not air conditioned. I haven't been back in a long time because of it (although I hike out at Oak Mountain quite a bit when it's not so hot :crazy2:).

It was hot but only later in the day. The mornings were quite nice.
It is a 2007 Rockwood 1910. Cold AC and new tires. Nothing to fancy but it is clean and in good shape. The lift system lifts good but had problems going down, hopefully a little lubrication will help.
I got the Mickey lights a few years ago while at WDW, somewhere at Downtown Disney.

The bath houses were as I remembered, pretty old and run down. I think they should have used the money for renovations instead of filling in the "dip" between the top and bottom lakes. Otherwise the campground itself was pretty nice, good shade and recently repaved.

With your Mickey lights, it doesn't look like a N2u. Looks like it's seasoned, decked out in tradition, and ready to return to it's home! Congrats and Happy Camping!

congrats & happy camping! we're in the process of trying to settle on a pop up ourselves... how's the 1910 feel space wise? size of fam? i can't decide if we shouldn't go a touch bigger :scratchin

We are a family of 4. 2 daughter (4 & 10). They sleep fine on the full size bed. The 1910 has a full and a queen. The table folds down to a twin. Size is just right for us. We don't spend a lot of time inside but there is plenty of room for the 4 of us to sit around the table and eat or play a game. With the front storage box there is plenty of room for all of the gear.
