Finally. We've made some progress. More P&PD please.

I *finally* have gotten my mom to agree to at *least* post the 24-hour counselling hotline number where she can find it, and to *consider* at least talking to a professional. That's more than we've gotten in the past and is a huge step. I need a TON of P&PD that when things get rough, she'll remember that number and *using* it.
