Finally! We passed ROFR

It took more than 2 months, but we just found out we passed.

The first 2 contract we tried to bid on we were beat out by better/faster offers. The third one was accepted by the seller, but after more than a month of waiting (GMAC) we found out Disney invoked the ROFR.

The fourth try worked! In 10 days! (TTS)


I am bouncing off the walls. BWV here we come!

Now, how to get this thing to close and get in the system in time to buy a small BLT add-on before Jan. 15th ?!?!
