I worked in belgium for a while and found the Guilian and other Belgium chocolate too rich for my liking.

Have to agree with you there Obi !! It's too rich for me too. Nothing can beat a good bar of Cadburys, whichever one you choose.

chocolate is supposed to be rich, that's the best kind

it's like wine, you can have a cheap £3 bottle of wine which is light, fruity and watery or you can have a nice St Emilion Grand Cru which has been aging for the past 15 years... I know which one I'll choose!

Cadbury's Dairy Milk is nice, Ghirardelli is nice, Galaxy (suprised nobody has mentioned it) is better than both. But the best for me is Lindt Extra Creamy.
