Finally received resale finalization today!

We were notified today on a resale that has completed for Old Key West. We stayed there a couple of times and just loved it. It is really different than BWV and BCV and we love that variety.

So today we can claim a little magic of where it all began as far as DVC started and are happy to join our neighbors on Turtle Krawl!!

It is the first resale we have ever done, others were all through Disney and it went very well. I suspect it is easier knowing you already have points and would be more nerve wracking if it is your first purchase. If anybody is considering it I'd say take the plunge and "welcome home!"

We purchased our OKW resale as well.

How long did it take to pass rofr? How long did it take from accepted offer to being able to book a trip? ms said to allow up to a week for them to receive the deed.

Chips it was probably 5-6 weeks total start to finish. It took 5 days once final acceptance until MS would take reservation.
Not too bad I think!
