Finally pulled the trigger

Well, we have looked at this for quite a while and finally made the decision to do it. We have an accepted offer and now have to wait for the ROFR review. Hopefully all goes well!!

DestyTiger you never know how long ROFR will be, I have seen some in less than 30 and some longer. My first contract was 30 days. I am waiting on a second contract now and it has been 33 days. I hope yours goes quickly!
