lol...I think every one of my uncles' had the deer head on the wall. You didn't grow up in PA unless you've had a dead deer hanging from a tree in you backyard waiting to be skinned...lol

Just kidding...because I grew up close to the Poconos area hunting was a big deal for my brother and his friends. But I do realize PA has it's culture too. Actually where I live now is about 1 1/2 to either Philly or NY..so most Pennsylvanians are not like the video...but the ones that are ....well that video represents....lol

BTW..what do the true philadelphians think is better...Geno's or Pat's?

Geno's & Pat's both stink unless you are stinking drunk when you are eating them!

My favorite will always be from Larry's ( near my college campus).

The real key to a cheesesteak is good bread, real cheese NOT cheesewhiz, and meat. Onions are ok but peppers & all that other junk do not belong.

Pat's or Geno's? Neither... Tourist traps... The line's are long and the food is over priced, most mom and pop steak/pizza shops that litter every street corner around me are better... And a question to yuse non Philly people... How's it possible for people who live in central to western PA to have southern accent's? I really feel like I live in Pennsyltucky... We are an odd Commonwealth...

Ok...good ..I thought is was just me. Where I live is a big Italian community and the cheesesteaks around here are so different and way better. I've been to both Pat's and Geno's....I preferred Geno's of the two.....but I silently wondered what all the hype was about. I didn't voice it for fear a whole bunch of Philadelphians would be upset with me.
