YIPEEE!!!! My countdown is finally in the teens!!!!:jumping1: :hyper: :jumping1: :hyper:

I printed the November park hours, but am wondering if we should expect them to change any? What about the parade or fireworks schedule? How crowded are the parks in early November? Will we have to stake a place to sit for parades/shows really early? How is the weather during that time of year?

You may find one or two slight changes, maybe. However, I wouldn't expect anything too drastic. If anything they'll extend hours and add parades. This usually only happens if the onsite hotel bookings are up way higher than previously expected.

Crowds should not be too large in the beginning of November. Once the guests who are at WDW for Halloween leave, crowd levels should be nice until closer to Thanksgiving.

We've been there, during this time, a few times, and the hours didn't change, neither did the parade schedules. The one and only time the parks opened earlier than posted was during an Easter trip.

The crowds aren't bad. It was a little more crowded than early December, but a lot less crowded than mid-June. If you get to the parks when they open and use FP wisely, you shouldn't have any trouble. We follow the touring plans that the Unofficial Guide Books recommend for each park and they have worked well for us.

Depending on where you want to watch the parades from, will determine when you need to stake your claim. Main Street is usually the most crowded viewing area. You will see people starting sitting the earliest there. If you go back to Frontierland, it's not as crowded. We sat the Railroad Station, one year (had to claim that spot early), but it was a good spot because when the parade ended we didn't have to fight the crowds to exit the park. And we had chairs to sit on and an overhang to protect us from the rain. But, like I said, we claimed them early. If you see a lot of people starting to sit, along the parade route, keep your eye on how many do it. You will know when it's time to sit.

And, finally, the weather. In one word, it's PERFECT!!! Highs in the 80s, sunny, and little to no rain. I love going at this time.

Have a great trip! :)

I am there too !!!! can't wait !!!! It hard for me to stand the wait!!!!:Pinkbounc :bounce: :jumping1: :thewave:

We will be there as well!

Let's see, my job requires that I work 10 hour shifts. I think about the trip approx 9.5 hours of every work day then come home and check out allearsnet.com and the DIS.

First time going in November and I have heard that the crowds are comparable to early May which is our favourite time to go.

Fingers crossed!

Your park hours, fireworks and parade times won't change, but the shows might. Go to http://pages.prodigy.net/stevesoares/index.htm for times info. It is updated on Saturday's so you can go on the Sat b4 your trip to get the times for the week you are planning to be there. It is really helpful!

I never thought the countdown would ever get to the teens!!! Thanks for all your info!!

Our countdown is also in the teens!! What's really neat is when it gets to the point you can see the extended weather forecast for your arrival date. See y'all down there!!

15 days and counting!pirate: ::MinnieMo :earsgirl: :earsboy:
