finally have our maclaren SN stroller, now a question...

It's the older model and doesn't have a canopy. I'm thinking of ordering a stroller parasol for it (don't have the $$$ to spend on a maclaren canopy at the moment). Anyone have any experience using a parasol on a stroller at WDW? We've got 2 trips coming up and I won't be w/ DD for most of it (either my mom or my adult DDs) so I'm trying to keep it as hassle free as possible. any other suggestions would be most welcome!

I haven't tried a parasol with my ds sn stroller. I know what you mean about the sun shade though. I did try a hood from amazon it was ok but kept having to be adjusted for $19.99 I guess it worked but my ds didn't like it. I always thought the parasol would not let me see over the top. I'm short.
