Finally got the elusive swine flu shot!

At an A&P...i was the first one there...guy in back of me has a STEM CELL TRANSPLANT and even his doctors could not locat a shot for him. How sad. He is NOT SUPPOSED TO BE IN CROWDS, stores, etc. but he had to go there to get a vaccine.

I'm glad you got your shot. I'm still hoping that DH, DS18, and I can get it (DS21 already had it).

Glad you were able to get yours - yay!!But that poor man!!! Not even being able to get it from his doctor's office - yet it was available in an A&P?? That's just crazy! Guess there still must be quite a shortage down your way as well - not to mention the limits they place on how many doses can go to each doctors office, clinic, etc. - dealing with the ever changing guidelines and restrictions.. It's insane..

It's scary that they have now opened a facility to add the adjuvents because of these widespread shortages of the vaccine.. Very, very few people want anything to do with those particular shots.. If more people don't get the shot now, there's going to be big problems with widespread outbreaks later on..
