Finally got new DL planning DVD -- and it doesn't work?!?

I was very excited yesterday when I got the newest DL planning video, but unfortunately, it doesn't work properly. It plays the opening over and over, and when you try to go to the menu, it just freezes on a screen that says "menu". That's all it does! Will they send me a new one if I call?

What do you mean by it playing the beginning over and over. The DVD is only 8 mins long to begin with. So if it is playing 8 mins, it is playing the entire thing. If you happen to have the 2005 WDW planning video the exact thing is in the bonus features.

Oh, OK. I figured it was like the WDW planning video, with a menu and special features. Thanks.

Unfortunetly no. It is not anything like the WDW planning. In fact, they do not even market it as a planning video for this reason. It is said to be a "sneak peak at the happiest celebration on earth" which of course it does give. But very dissapointing. I have had other Disneyland planning videos and those are simular to what they do for WDW. Unfortunetly they no longer seem to care about putting those out.
