Finally get to go to Boma's!! Please tell me more about it!

My girlfriend FINALLY gave it to us eating at boma's the last night of our upcoming trip (she was worried the food would be "too out there") can anyone tell me more about this restaurant in terms of what to expect and any recommendations on what to try? also, what helped me sell Boma's to her was the south african wines, so any advice there would be helpful as well.

We just ate there on Friday. It was awesome!

I preferred the steak to the prime rib.

Things to try...

all 5 soups...my fav was the corn chowder...best I've ever had!
all 5 salads...I liked the chicken

There are also about 10 different desserts.

Everything was excellent.

They can help you with the wines.

We ate at Canada, Cape May, Tony's, and Boma.
