I suspected that something was going on because the volume of helicopters flying into Clow Airport was quite unusual, especially with storms in the area. It's been a long time coming but I hope that they have enough evidence to put him away for a long time.
As I've said before, I see him just about every day as he's picking his son up from kindergarten and can't help but feel so sorry for his children. A few weeks ago when he was being interviewed, he said that he tells his young children that mommy is on a vacation and that she's never coming home. How would he know that if she ran away with a boyfriend as he's claimed?

Report: Drew Peterson arrestedThursday, May 07, 2009 | 6:32 PM May 7, 2009 (WLS) -- Drew Peterson has been taken into custody by Bolingbrook police in connection with the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio, according to Nick Savio, Kathleen's brother.
Kathleen Savio was found dead in a dry bath tub in her Bolingbrook home in 2004. Her body was exhumed in November of 2007 and her death was ruled a homicide.
"My sister gave me a call, I just got out of work. She gave me a call and said, you know what, Nick? They are arresting Drew. We didn't know what for. The state police had been telling us the day was coming. We kept hearing it for about eight months. I'm almost in tears here. It's been so hard for our family," Nick Savio told ABC7.
According to Nick Savio, state police informed his sister Susan that Peterson
"I can't give you too many specifics. Only that he has been arrested, he is in custody. We're just waiting to hear more," said Pam Bosco, the spokesperson for Stacy Peterson's family. "We have anticipated this coming. We have dreamed about it. We have been patient over it. Now that it's here, it's almost a little bit calm. We're waiting for the storm to calm now. The calm before the storm."
Police officers continued to surround Drew Peterson's home on Thursday afternoon.
"We watched as the police went after Drew to arrest him on the corner of Weber and Cash in Bolingbrook just about an hour ago. Most recently, there are many, many, many state police officers here in our court. They have cordoned off the road to get into the court and only allowing people who live here to enter, as well as just took the two older boys with covers over their head into their suburban to take them away from the scene here," said Sharon, a neighbor of Drew Peterson.
Martin Glink, attorney for the Savio family, spoke to ABC7 on Thursday about the arrest.
"We were hoping certainly that they felt in their analysis it was going to be sufficient evidence to charge him, but that's entirely up to the state's attorney and the grand jury to make that decision, and apparently they did. We're very happy that the wheels of justice have continued to move and they are pointing in his direction," Glink.
Bolingbrook police have confirmed the arrest on their Web site. There will be a news conference at 8:30 p.m.
