Finally -- developer points conformations via email

I couldn't find the orginal thread I was posting on.

Back in Spetember we purchased into the DVC. Immediately after returning home, we made ressies for a trip in April. Never received comfirmations.

On Jan 2, made a trip for a weekend in March. Was told 2 weeks for confirmations to be mailed. Two weeks came and went. Called after 3 weeks and asked for confirmations for both trips to be snail mailed to us as well as emailed. Was told 72 hours via email.....came and went...nada. Then I received conformation for the March tirp via snail mail. Called again about confirmation for the April trip (this is our big vacation) was told that devl point conformations cannot be sent via sanil mail, only email (pfffttttt defies the fact that I have a lovely paper conformation in my hand for our March trip on Disney paper). So I wait.

I got home from takign a short trip over the weekend to MS. and viola both conformations arrived in my email on Friday or Saturday.

WOOT! Finally I am relieved as far as our April trip.

September 13, 2008 for the April trip, and we never received anything....we also had a hang-up in our financing of DVC which took us a bit longer, but I know that I never received any confirmation for the April trip. In Januray I started calling about it and emailing.

My lesson is to keep calling (even if you called the day before) and keep on them. Our ressies showed in the system and were there, I just wanted paper (or email) in hand to be sure.
