Finally decided and very excited!!

Okay, here's the deal. DW and I booked a trip for 05/04-05/14 at Pop to celebrate our 12 yr wedding anniversary. A couple weeks later we see the buy 4 get 3 promotion. I call WDW immediately and have the promotion applied and save $400. So life is good and we are happy.

But...... The past few days I get to thinking and jump online again. Okay, I spend WAAAAAAY too much time on the WDW website. Anyway, I run the cost of the same stay at POFQ just for the fun of it. Well, once I get everything in, the same vacation at POFQ would cost a little less than what our original POP reservation costed before the promotion. So hmmmmm.... I discuss it with the DW and guess what?? C'mom guess......Yup, I upgraded our reservations tonight to POFQ. This will be are first stay there and we are very excited.

We have booked Chef Mickeys for one breakfast so far and are also looking to book breakfasts at Ohana, Crystal Palace, Tusker House, and Akershus. Unfortunately, we are waiting patiently because of the dining reservation upgrade. I will be calling every weekend if I have to to get what we want.

Anyway, thought I would share our excitement. And if anyone wants to share their happy thoughts about POFQ or if they will be visiting WDW in May, post away!!!

Congratulations on your upgrade! We've never stayed at POFQ, but if we were to ever leave our CSR, POFQ is the only other mod we would like to try. Love breakfast at Crystal Palace--it is a must do for us every year.

Happy Anniversary in May. Our anniversary is in May as well (we'll be 26 years).

Congrats on 26 yrs!! We have a few more years to get there but we are on our way. We have heard nothing but good about POFQ and thought that this would be the best time to give it a try with the buy 4 get 3 promotion. Plus a friend of mine labeled POFQ as her absolute favorite WDW resort and she has been 28 times and stayed pretty much everywhere.
