Finally convinced my DH to go to WDW!!!! Now what?

HI ALL!!!!!!
Been a lurker and I found answers to a lot of my questions. However I have a few....
1. How do we go to the Hoop Dee Doo from the Caribbean Beach Resort? Would it be better if we go to Poly to Contemporary and take the boat over? or should we just hop on the bus?
1A. Once there- how do we find the Revue? I know there is an internal bus so do we get on that? or do we just walk down there??? (I been there once with my family like 10 years ago so my memory of how to get there is 'eh'.

2. When I stayed 10 yrs ago we just took the Poly monorail system, so taking the bus will be different. I know the bus will take us everywhere. My question is: is there a different line to hop onto to get to the different parks or will the bus just make a route.

This will by my husband and one year old son's first time at Walt Disney World. It took me four and a half years to convince him to go and now we have a baby tagging along.

Welcome to the DIS!

From the Caribbean Beach Resort to the Hoop-De-Doo Revue take the Magic Kingdom bus from the resort, then transfer to the boat for Fort Wilderness at the Magic Kingdom. Once off of the boat, its' a short walk to Pioneer Hall from the boat dock.

The buses run different routes. Every bus is clearly marked with it's destination. Buses from resorts to parks are direct. To get from resort to resort, you will need to transfer at a park or Downtown Disney.

There is a separate bus for each park, but the CBR does not have separate queues, or, for that matter, any queue at all. Everyone just waits at the stop until they see their bus pull up. Sometimes a 2nd bus will pull in behind a bus loading at the stop, so keep an eye out!

There are seven stops at CBR for the different "villages", so make sure you remember which stop to get off at. And be aware that buses can enter and exit at different points, so the first and last stops are not the same for every trip.
