Finally, Check-In

I was FINALLY able to Check-In LATE last night. After 1 1/2 hours later, I believe everything went through. I received Port Arrival Time paperwork listing everyone, despite having the Blue Spinning Circle and being signed out due to lack of time because account wasn’t used??

Now, is it just me??? I left feeling like I was at Walmart and being forced to do Self Check-Out!

Hopefully, with receiving the form, I did everything correctly. The ONLY reason I checked in last night was because of the time of Hotel Transportation to port. I wasn’t wanting an early arrival time ( we’re going to be onboard for Seven (7) nights and I didn’t feel that we needed to rush!!

Thank you for letting me rant. This whole thing is a learning process and I’m trying to keep an open mind!! We’ll see what happens onboard. I absolutely loved my previous cruises with Disney, and after this experience, I just feel that I added another Nail in Disney’s Coffin. I know other lines are using the same process, but the problems don’t seem as bad!

Our check-in is next week and I am feeling overwhelmed right now. We're platinum but this is our first cruise since 2019 and I am really dreading the whole late night process. Phone or desktop? Are our photos acceptable? Will I get through before sunrise? I'm probably stressing for no reason, but it is Disney

Did you get a reminder email from DCL saying it was time to check in?? Just curious how they expect people to figure this all out without this helpful forum?

I haven't received anything regarding check-in. I have no idea how people outside this forum know what to do.

Feeling overwhelmed?? You betcha!! Talk about Stress Levels!! Good thing I take Blood Pressure Medicine, although, I seriously doubt that helped!!

No, I DID NOT receive ANYTHING from Disney!

I just used information from this site, one of the online groups I follow, and me bugging my poor Travel Agent!

Usually that email comes a week or two later. Suuuuuper helpful.
