Finally Back

Hello everyone. We have been gone for a while leading a very hectic life. Finally returning to Disney after a four year lapse. The family is so excited going for 10 days leaving in 14. So much has changed, this is our first experience with magic bands. Any information is always greatly appreciated.

I'm in the same boat. My wife and I haven't been to Disney in over five years, and I hear so much has changed since then. But I've found lots of useful information in the various forums. I've been browsing around for a few weeks, then decided to become a member. It seems like a friendly, helpful crowd here.

Exact dates are not definite yet, but we're planning an October trip. It looks like I've already missed the start date for dining reservations. But I'm not concerned. We'll take what we can get.

Welcome back! This September trip will be the first in almost 3 years. That's my longest span of not going since I started in 2001. Having a baby will take it out of you!
