Finally! An email code for me for June!

Hello all! I received an email message from WDW with a code for 2/17-4/16/05 for $74.00 plus tax at the Value Resorts. Well, we'll be traveling in June. I didn't look at all of it because of the dates. Low and behold I reread it and it states at the very end "Additional dates available 4/17/05-7/4/05! I called up for my dates of 6/11-6/18 and got Pop Century for $59.00 plus tax! I guess it pays to read the entire email, huh? Hope some magic comes to all who are waiting for June codes!

does the email have a pin number linked or tied to it?? If it doesn't, could you please PM me with the info, I'd love to get that discount for a room too! :jumping4:

Thank you sooooooo much lailah!!!! I too got the same e-mail the beginning of December and did not read the small print at the bottom about the add'l dates. I thought it was not good for us,because we want to go in June. I never deleted it though, thank goodness. Just now after reading your post, I pulled up the e-mail to read the fine print and sure enough it was good for our dates. I immediately called CRO and got the dates we wanted at POR for $79 a night!!!! The e-mail said POR for $104 per night!! I could have kissed the girl! Better yet I would kiss you lailah if I could!! Thanks

The emails are randonly mailed out, so everyone will not get one. Glad you did.

And as my luck runs when we have a trip planned I don't get an email code but then I finally do receive one and we aren't going until after the dates on my email. Oh well, I'll hang on and hope for another one sometime.

Wow! $79 for a moderate is a great rate. That's cheaper than my $84 Pop rate with AAA discount!

If any of us could figure out how people get these cards/emails/etc., we could get rich selling the info!!! Seems to be at random, at least we can't seem to find any common thread between those getting the offers. I have registered at the Disney site (and I do get emails, just not rate-reducing ones), I've been to WDW many times, have AP's, PHP's, joined the Disney Club (back when it was operational). I've never gotten anything.

Well I just finished making my reservation for april 17 for $79 at POR with my email code......



I know I filled out and participated in a few surveys while I was there and was asked for my email addy. About 6 weeks after I got home I got my first one. I have gotten three since then about 1 every quarter......

Well I am pouting because I have never received an email or snailmail discount code. I have been a registered member with Disney for over 3 years and zip, zilch, nada, niente, nothing.....yet I have had people tell me they got a code within a month or two of signing up. I would like to know how Disney picks these people. It seems to be random because there is no logic when collaborating who all gets them.

I, too, am going in June and would love a code. We are wanting to move from a value to a moderate, but the in-laws will only do it if we get a code. And it has to be a good one. Not $99 a night for a mod. That is a value rack rate.

OMG! I got an email and deleted it since I did not notice the "additional dates" info at the bottom!

Does CRO have a record of emails? Does anyone know if I could I call and explain that I deleted it and still get the rates? This would make or break a last week of April trip!

I just called CRO though and they say their computers are down and they won't be back until Sunday the 2nd - way to pee on my parade! Waaaaa!

Right now I'ld be happy with $99!!! I'm paying $121 for AllStarMovies 6/24 and 6/25!! But I do have my trusty AP, so I'm sure the rate will change. Then we'll see what the other rates are and maybe switch over to POR.

Disney sent out emails to all registered users yesterday stating that their systems would be down until December 2nd, while they compile and download all of the new MYW ticket and package information. Can you just imagine how awful those phone lines are going to be on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th? Whew. And I am going to be one of the ones calling in. So glad I have the 800 number.

Sorry to say, yes, there was a pin number attached and it was nontransferrable. This is the second email discount I received since Sept. Don't know how I get them, other than we go every year. I have also received the postcard code, but couldn't use it at the time. Don't know what the discount would be for moderate, but I think I read in a previous response that someone got the moderate for $79.00. We like Pop Century, because we take our granddaughter and she loves that pool. However, I'm thinking of maybe moving up to a moderate with a slide. We'll see. Keep reading those emails and don't forget the fine print!
