Finally...after 10 months I have my lens...

Just a heads up to you fellow Nikon DSLR owners...if any of you have any interest in owning the relatively new 18-200 VR lens- ordered it now.

I placed an order for one last July...yup...July '06 and it finally arrived today!

Crazy!

Of course now you'll want pics with the new lens but I'm not sure when I'll have a chance to put it through its paces but I'm looking forward to it!

10 months I ordered mine in Nov. 06 and had it about 5 or 6 weeks later. It is a great lens. I have really enjoyed using it. I can handhold down to 1/15 with very sharp images. The image quality is really excellent considering the range the lens covers.
