I had read in the unofficial guide that you could purchase your tix over the phone thereby eliminating the big wait in line upon arrival - so I called....the first person I talked to said, they don't advertise it but it can be done...I said great, I'll call back later with my credit card....the next time I called a different person told me "No, you can only buy the tix at the gate." I kept calling back and the next 5 people ALL said I couldn't do it....finally the 6th person said they could do it, I paid over the phone and the tix will be waiting at the WILL CALL window of guest services....

How Strange!

Glad to hear you were able to book it. Sorry to hear you had so many challenges, but at least you got it.

Can you please tell me how much they were. I am trying to work out my budget and want to know what they were with taxes. Thanks Michelle

My price for 1 day 2-park:
1 adult ticket @ $77.77
1 child ticket @67.05
$2.00 handling fee

Total: $146.75

ps. I just purchased the express pass for both of us and it was $21 per person +$2 handling fee per person...so $44 total

I'm so happy to have it all paid for!

Am I understanding you correctly? You can buy a one day pass for both parks, together? You don't have to buy a separate ticket for each park?

It is not economical but if you want to see both parks and only have one day, it is a good alternative. If however you think you will return sometime in the future to Univesal the 2 day park hopper pass is a better idea as those days never expire...:)
