Methinks that Roy accelerated the Comcast bid, but I don't believe that he ever meant for it to happen nor saw it as a possible outcome.

I also highly doubt that Eisner has a network of secret agents who spread discontent in the Roy camp, although following what I read about his involvement with Alien Encounter, I could be open for persuasion upon this comment
