FINALLY... 2010 planning!! Who's going?

I am already planning our 2010 trip too and yet we haven't even been to disney yet. We will be going June 4th- 11th, 2009 for our first trip. Oh soo excited, We will be staying at ASMusic for 7n/8d with 4 kids: 10mo, 4yr, 7yr, 9yr. I went to disney in 1997 but that was a LONG time ago and before I got married and had kids. Can't wait!!

We are planning a Jan trip for 14 days. Me, my son, and both of my parents! We reserved a suite at ASM and can't wait til package deals come out!!!!

We will be there the end of May-first part of June(our usual time)
We will miss this year's trip for many reasons. But we are already getting things going for 2010. We usually stay at PORS but may branch out this time. Any favorites out there?

Im going with my DH and it will be his very first time at Disney World!!!!!!



It will also be my first trip going durring the off season (always went in may-june before) and Im thrilled to be going durring one of the lowest crowd times of the year.

I just paid another 300 dollars on our 2010 trip!!! . I am hoping to have the whole thing paid for by Nov of this year.

Have you already booked it? We were trying to get pricing and book a trip for june of 2010 and was told that the prices were not out yet and could not be booked till like this summer.

Well...it's a toss between All Star Music and....THE POLYNESIAN...

I'm pushing for the Polynesian, but my mom, husband, and dad think that for now we should stay at All Star Music.

I even have an day by day schedule, but for some reason I keep rewriting it.

We are planning for the Poly CL in August 2010. My boys have already asked for Disney Dollars as presents so they can start saving for souveniers. I've started my planning spreadsheet. And it is only 17 months away! Ha!

I'm hoping my family can make it to Disney, Jan 2-8 or 3-9!! I'm trying to get my parents excited, but they are just nervous about spending the money for it... I've started saving and convincing my parents to save as well.

I've noticed some of you already booked for 2010!! Do you have to pay on it? I'm wondering if I should put rooms on reserve (without paying quite yet) and wait for discounts! Anyone have any advice?

Well I wish I was going in 2009, but since my SIL is getting married away that'll be DH & my trip for the 2009 year. We are planning a trip for February or April 2010 and this trip will be our 1st trip with our new son/daughter who is due September 17, 2009 S/he will be either 5 months or 7 months old!!

Most likely they have a room only reservation already booked. If you were trying to book a package, you will not be able to do so until the prices for them come out. Usually that is late Aug/early Sept.

I've never been there in May.. how's the weather?
