Finalized list. I think. Any suggestions?

After changing my mind 163 times, I think this is it for sit downs. Staying at Beach Club.

Tuesday - Biergarten to start off trip.
Wednesday - early dinner at Ale & Compass before DHS after hours.
Thursday - late morning breakfast at Trattoria Al Forno then on to MK - eating the snacks we want there for rest of afternoon/night.
Friday - dinner at Yak & Yeti after day at AK so I can finally try the Ahi nachos.
Saturday - eating around Epcot/MK.
Sunday - dinner at Jaleo after day at DHS.
Monday - eating around Epcot.
Tuesday - AK quick service, possibly late reservation at Via Napoli.
Wednesday - eating around Epcot/MK.
Thursday - home! :)

Thoughts?

That sounds like a nice lineup! I was just thinking about the beer cheese soup at Biergarten earlier today. It's been too long (okay, two weeks).

Are any of these first-time visits for you, other than Yak & Yeti?

All of them except Via Napoli!

We wanted to try mostly new this trip.

When are you going?
If Epcot is crowded, you might want a backup ADR if all the standing in line gets tedious.

Thanks.

Going end of April. We are used to the crowds during Food and Wine so we will be fine for Flower/Garden. We don't want a sit down every day either.

I usually try to eat somewhere each day where we can get a break from the heat. For QS, someplace that has a lot of seating inside. We like to eat around the world too. There are places in EP where you can take your snacks indoors (Regal Eagle for example). Just wanted to mention it because you have a number of EP eating around the world days.

When I put eating around Epcot, I really just mean we aren't having a table service that day and plan to eat at booths (for flower/garden) or quick serve at Epcot or whatever park we are in. Not that we plan to spend the day eating.

Thank you everyone for suggestions!

Looks like a perfect mix to me. I also don't tend to book anything at Epcot if a festival is going on(354 days a year nowadays). Just way too many options.
